BOOKING POLICY
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
POLICIES APPLY TO ALL CLIENTS, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS

All cancellations or rescheduling must be made aware of at least 48 HOURS before all appointments. 

- A cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value will be charged with the card on file if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours.
- A cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment value will be charged on the card on file in case of NO-SHOW.

Please plan to arrive on time to allow for traffic and parking. If you will be late in 5 mins please notice us by text at 450-600-6209. If more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results.
